Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival time to receive a full refund. Customers that cancel after the 24 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. If weather or waves are unfavorable, the trip may be rescheduled for a later time/date or a full refund will be issued. No-shows will not be refunded. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it’s outside the 24 hour cancellation period. Reschedules permitted if the captain determines weather conditions and/or forecast are not suitable for a safe charter.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take more than 6 people?
​All the private sailing charters in the Destin area are limited to 6 people max.  This is a US Coast Guard regulation.
How do we get more than 6 people onto a private sailing charter?
​With enough notice we run Tandem charters with other sailboats. When we do this a max of 12 people can participate.
Do you see dolphins?
Yes we see dolphins on about 95% of our charters.
Do you see other marine animals?
Yes, we frequently see sharks, rays, sea turtles, manatees, but not as often as we see dolphins.
Do you sail in the Gulf of Mexico? ​
Yes We sail in the Gulf of Mexico as much as possible, weather permitting.
What about snorkeling?
Our sail & swim snorkeling trips are very popular. The snorkeling portion of the charter usually takes place along the grass flats behind Okaloosa Island. Our snorkeling trips are geared to beginner & intermediate level snorkelers. We always tell our snorkel guests “the harder you look, The more you see”
What are some of the things you see snorkeling?
Pin fish, minnows, jumping mullet, flounder, puffer fish, sea horses, living sand dollars, blue crabs, hermit crabs, snails, rays, sea turtles and dolphins have all been seen at various times during our snorkeling charters. (Does not mean me see all of these on every trip, this is the outdoors not Sea World or an aquarium)
Can we bring our dog/pet?
No unfortunately the Captain is allergic to pet hair and would be a sneezing wreck an hour into the trip.
Can we fish?
No the boat has mesh trampolines in the front and back of the boat that could become damaged from fish hooks, gaffs, or other sharp objects associated with fishing.
Is smoking allowed?
Open flames, cigars, pipes, and cigarettes are prohibited on the catamaran.  We do permit vaping on board.
